      1. Clean Ladder – 3 min to complete each weight
        1. 20 reps @ 135/95 (or 45% 1RM)
        2. 16 reps @ 175/125 (or 60% 1RM)
        3. 12 reps @ 225/155 (or 75% 1RM)
        4. 6 reps @ 255/175 (or 85% 1RM)
        5. 3 reps @ 275/195 (or 90% 1RM)
        6. 1 rep @ 300/210 (or 100% 1RM)
      2. Row for Cals till last team is finished
